Overview

Kelvik is designed as a local-first maintenance logbook. The app stores your machinery records, service history, issue notes, reminders, photos, and receipts on your device. We do not operate user accounts for the app and we do not collect app usage analytics, advertising identifiers, or tracking data from the iOS app.

Information You Add to Kelvik

You may choose to enter asset details such as make, model, year, VIN or serial number, mileage, engine hours, service notes, costs, issue details, reminders, photos, and receipt images. This information is saved locally in the app's private storage on your device.

Photos, Camera, and Documents

Kelvik may request access to the camera or photo picker so you can attach images to service entries and issue updates. These images are used only for the records you create in Kelvik and are stored locally by the app.

Notifications

If you enable reminders, Kelvik may schedule local notifications on your device. Reminder information is processed on device and is not sent to us.

Purchases

Kelvik Pro subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment card information.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We do not share your Kelvik app records with advertisers or data brokers. Data you manually export or share from your device is controlled by you.

Website Analytics

The Kelvik website may use basic first-party analytics to understand page visits and link clicks. These website analytics are separate from the Kelvik iOS app and are not used to track you across other companies' apps or websites.
